All programs are delivered digitally via video sessions, recorded lessons, WhatsApp groups, and digital documents. No physical product is shipped as part of these programs unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any paid program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Programs are intended for general wellness and education purposes. They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment under the Indian Medical Council Act.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. No-cost EMI options are available for select programs. By completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. GST is included in all displayed prices where applicable.
Upon confirmed enrollment:
All content — including videos, documents, frameworks, and materials — is the intellectual property of Five Elements Life and Dr. Harish Ravi Warrier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission. Screen recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited.
Our programs are educational in nature and based on classical Ayurvedic principles. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making changes to your health regimen. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment for eligible programs. Programs that have commenced are subject to the pro-rated refund policy.
You agree not to share login credentials, program materials, or access links with others. Misuse, resale, or unauthorised distribution of program content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Five Elements Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thrissur, Kerala. We endeavour to resolve disputes amicably. You may reach our Grievance Officer at support@5elife.com within 30 days of the issue arising.
