Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility by Program

ROOTS 168 (₹75,000)

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before the first live session
• 50% refund if requested within 14 days of payment, even if program has commenced
• No refund after 14 days of payment

ROOTS Level 1 (₹30,000)

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before the first live session
• 50% refund if requested within 10 days of payment
• No refund after 10 days of payment

14-Day Gut Reengineering Protocol (₹3,999)

• Full refund if requested within 48 hours of payment and before Day 1 access
• No refund once program access has been granted

3-Day Gut Reset Workshop (Free)

• No payment taken — no refund applicable

Online Ayurvedic Consultation

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
• One free rescheduling allowed with at least 12 hours' notice

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@5elife.com with:

• Subject line: "Refund Request — [Program Name]"
• Your full name and registered email
• Payment confirmation / order ID
• Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The refund is credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary slightly based on your bank.

4. Cancellation by Five Elements Life

In the rare event that we cancel or postpone a program, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days or the option to transfer to the next available cohort. We will notify you via email and/or WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance wherever possible.

5. No-Cost EMI Refunds

For purchases made via Razorpay no-cost EMI, refunds are processed to the original loan account. The EMI cancellation is handled by the lending partner. This may take up to 10 business days. Any foreclosure charges levied by the lending partner are not covered by Five Elements Life.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Program access once fully completed
• Downloadable digital materials once accessed
• Consultation sessions that have taken place
• Any program after the refund window has passed

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, email support@5elife.com with "Dispute" in the subject line. We will review and respond within 48 business hours. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Grievance Officer:
